OnNow Digital Purpose: As a Good Place company, the purpose of OND is to serve customers with a better way to do business and provide digitally innovative tools and services to enable and equip customers to do what they do best in a profitable manner which allows us to reinvest back into the growth of the company and community.
Position Purpose: This position is the primary liaison between client leadership and On Now Digital including: driving the sales process to identify and motivate decision makers, inciting client satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets for assigned market segments.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop trusting and loyal client relationships

Generate, nurture and qualify leads to create sales opportunities in the North American market

Motivate prospects to engage in trade shows, webinars and special events
-
Engage prospects in the sales process to determine interest and turn that into action

Collaborate with clients’ technical professionals to close technical solutions sales
-
Demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients in a compelling way
-
Follow up with potential clients in a proactive, determined and professional manner

Use our CRM system to record contacts, conversations, activities and opportunities

Develop weekly and monthly sales plans to achieve overall sales objectives

Work with marketing and sales management to develop and execute sales strategies and meet company growth objectives

Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
-
Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience, preferably technical, software or intangibles
-
Consultative solution selling skills and experience
-
Experience in SaaS or relevant B2B sales/services
-
Experience in delivering product demos as a sales consultant
-
Demonstrated experience in closing technical sales
-
Demonstrated experience in closing B2B multi-layered sales
-
Bachelor’s degree, preferably technology, engineering, or business

Work Conditions:
The work for this position is conducted indoors, in a conventional office environment, in an office or cubicle, with low noise and limited local travel.
Physical Demands:
While working, the ability to:

Perform work at a desk for extended periods of time, typically at least 8 hours a day/5 days a week, sometimes more or less if business needs require;

Occasionally lift objects up to 25 lbs;

Regularly hear, see, and talk; and occasionally stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb throughout the day.
