CUYAHOGA FALLS, OHIO (August 23, 2019) – On Now Digital, a condition-based asset management solutions provider, recently added Ryan Fair and Annie Murray to its roster to better meet the growing needs of the electrical and mechanical sectors. Fair, serving as a Business Development Representative, will lead the charge for On Now Digital to break into additional verticals. Murray, Senior Content Strategist, will play a key role in positioning the brand for success through targeted audience education.
“Ryan and Annie are joining On Now Digital at an exciting time,” said VP of Sales and Marketing Alan Ross. “Talk of IoT and big data has been around for while now, but reliability professionals are really starting to embrace this shift in a new way. They are seeing data-driven decision-making at the center of reliability.”
Fair brings more than a decade of sales and business development experience to On Now Digital, including a strong background in software. Since 2012, he served as a Senior Broker and was then promoted to Business Development/Enterprise Sales at OEConnection, a software-solutions company based in Richfield, Ohio. While there, Ryan drove all aspects of the sales cycle and managed key relationships with development partners, including Ford, GM, Google and State Farm. Fair’s close involvement with software application and implementation will give him a hands-on edge in building the On Now Digital customer base.
Prior to joining On Now Digital, Murray served as Copy Director at an integrated marketing agency in Akron, Ohio, where she led branding, messaging and social media efforts for a diverse client base. She worked primarily in the B2B space and spearheaded successful campaigns in both technology and industrial markets. With an M.F.A. in creative writing from the Northeast Master of Fine Arts (NEOMFA) program and a rich portfolio of B2B strategy experience, she is excited to help grow the brand and enable On Now Digital to reach new customers.
“Our potential to help people use data to improve everything from maintenance to safety is enormous,” Ross said. “By putting the right people in the right seats, On Now Digital can really start to make some noise.”
